Devices are pooled across your organisation: 10 people cover 30 devices between them, however they're shared out. You're billed for active people only, so when someone leaves and you remove them, they drop off your next bill.
Questions people ask
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. Every price on this page includes UK VAT at 20%, so what you see is what you pay. Your invoice shows the VAT separately, and if your business is VAT-registered you can reclaim it as usual.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes: pay yearly and you get 2 months free. You pay for 10 months and get 12.
What does the free trial include?
Everything, for 14 days, on up to 10 devices. No card needed. If you don't carry on, nothing is charged.
What counts as a person?
Someone in your organisation whose devices Wardlark manages. One person with a laptop, a phone and a tablet is one person.
What happens if we go over the device allowance?
Nothing breaks. Each device above your pooled allowance is £1 a month including VAT, and we tell you when it happens so it's never a surprise.
Can we pay in another currency?
Not yet. Wardlark is built for UK businesses and bills in pounds sterling.
