What the final terms will cover
The final terms will be an agreement between your organisation and Sideshoot Holdings Limited. They will cover:
- Who can use Wardlark, and that it's for business use by UK organisations.
- Your free trial, subscription, billing, VAT and cancellation.
- Your responsibilities as an admin, including taking care with lock, wipe and recovery keys.
- What we're responsible for, service availability and support.
- Liability, including for devices that are wiped or keys that are lost.
- How we handle your data, set out in our privacy notice and data processing agreement.
- Changes to the terms, ending the agreement, and English law.
