Device management for UK businesses

Every Mac, PC and iPhone in your company, in policy by morning.

Wardlark keeps watch over every laptop and phone overnight: encrypted, locked with a proper passcode, up to date. If something slips, you hear about it before the day starts.

No card needed. Up to 10 devices on the trial.

Why Wardlark

Built for the person who looks after IT on top of their real job.

Cyber Essentials out of the box

Start from a baseline that follows the Cyber Essentials rules. Wardlark groups every device by control and exports evidence your assessor can read.

How the mapping works

Pay per person, not per gadget

Each person covers up to 3 devices, so a laptop and a phone cost the same as a laptop. In pounds, from £3 a person a month, including VAT.

Plain English, set up in an afternoon

A short wizard, opinionated policy templates, and messages that say what happened and what to do next. No jargon, no consultants.

See what it does
How it works

Your team enrols their own devices. You don't touch a single one.

Send one link. Each person opens it on their laptop or phone and follows a few screens of instructions. Wardlark applies your policy the moment the device joins.

  1. Pick a policy

Start from the Cyber Essentials baseline, or tighten it: passcode length, screen lock, disk encryption, update deadlines.

  2. Share your link

Email or Slack it to your team. It works on macOS 14 or later, iOS and iPadOS 17 or later, and Windows 10 or 11 Pro.

  3. Watch them check in

Devices appear as they enrol. Anything out of policy is flagged with the reason and the fix.

Cyber Essentials

Evidence for your assessor, ready when they ask.

Wardlark groups every device by the five Cyber Essentials controls and exports a report you can hand straight to your certification body.

  • FirewallsFirewall on, on every Mac and PC
  • Secure configurationA passcode of 6 characters or more on every device
  • Security update managementWho's behind on updates, and by how many days
  • User access controlWho has each device, in one inventory
  • Malware protectionSupported operating systems, so built-in protection keeps updating

We also switch on screen lock and disk encryption as recommended extras: Cyber Essentials doesn't ask for them, but they protect a lost laptop. Wardlark helps you gather evidence. Certification is awarded by an IASME certification body, not by us. Read the full mapping.

Security and trust

Your data stays in London.

Wardlark runs on Google Cloud in London (europe-west2). Disk-encryption recovery keys are encrypted with a key for your organisation alone, and every reveal is recorded in your audit log.
